I just purchased a 1999 Jayco Eagle 12FSO, the left rear corner doesnt raise. My buddy lifted the roof on that side while i cranked it and we braced that side with a 2X4 to hold it up. I unscrewed a wood piece closest to the crank and I saw the eye bolts with the cables (1 loose) and 1 spring was exposed. I am not sure what to do from there, are there any more places in particular I should check? Can someone tell me specifically where to disassemble to gain access to the offending cable and how to replace it? Thanks in advance

I was hopeing to pull the entire camper off of the trailer, refinish the trailer and then use the old shell as a model...completely rebuild it!
